CRS Nanobubbler
CRS NanoBubble technology utilizes ultra-fine, gas-filled bubbles suspended in liquid to dramatically enhance cleaning, surface activation, and treatment efficiency. These nanobubbles penetrate microscopic surface features, helping remove contaminants, improve wetting, and prepare metal surfaces for optimal treatment results. King Descaler
King Cavitation is a chemical-free descaling technology that uses controlled cavitation energy to safely and effectively remove scale, mineral buildup, and deposits from internal surfaces. By generating microscopic cavitation bubbles that collapse with precision, the system breaks the bond between scale and the base material without damaging metals, seals, or coatings. This non-abrasive process eliminates the need for harsh chemicals, reduces downtime, and extends equipment life. King Cavitation is ideal for heat exchangers, piping, boilers, and industrial systems where traditional chemical descaling is costly, hazardous, or impractical.

RF85® Nano-Surface Treatment
RF85® is an advanced dry nano-lubricant surface treatment designed to reduce friction, extend component life, and improve performance across a wide range of industrial applications. Using a low-temperature immersion process, RF85 permanently embeds nano-scale calcium carbonate particles into the surface asperities of metal components.
Unlike traditional coatings, RF85 does not encapsulate the surface and causes no dimensional, tolerance, color, or finish changes. The treatment enhances lubricity by reducing metal-to-metal contact while preserving the base metal’s strength, toughness, and operating limits. RF85 functions across the full temperature and pressure capabilities of the original material and produces zero outgassing, making it suitable for demanding environments including high heat, vacuum, and continuous-duty applications.
